Our customer web portal site allows you to view your billing statement as well as make online utility payments.  

*Please note this portal link is not accessible from our mobile app KMpay.

In order to access the portal, you will need to register your utility account.  To register your utility account, you will need your account number provided on your bill statement.  The "QuickPay" option is not available.  Please call the office if you need assistance with signing up.   (704-734-4617) KMpay app is now available.

The City of Kings Mountain accepts Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay with a 2.95%/$2.95 minimum per transaction fee.  You may also pay by eCheck with a $0.95 per transaction fee. 

There is a kiosk in the City Hall lobby for your convenience.  You may pay at the kiosk with all online options but with an added option of cash.  When paying with cash the total amount of cash will be applied to your account as there will be no change given.

We have added IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and you can call in to make a payment.  The toll-free number to make payments is 1-855-844-0495.
